I want to thank Fares. My Audi was towed to his shop in bad shape. Oil leaking everywhere, front end smashed, very sad. I was terrified about what it may cost. They helped with insurance, and made me feel comfortable. When I went to pick up the car and drive away I noticed some lingering issues. I called the shop, and Fares took care of me. I believe that the most important thing is making sure a job gets done, and if there are problems, taking care of them. Nobody in this world is perfect. When someone steps up and keeps their side of the street clean it means a great deal ! I am here to tell you that Fares is a man of great character. I am so happy to have found this shop. This is a rare gem in a land of smoke and mirrors. Thank You

These guys are fantastic. I had a repair that the Dealer told me would be 1200 dollars and a full day. They quoted me 350 less. Made the appointment and they did it for even LESS than their quote and got it back to me before 5pm that day. Great service, great people, great prices. I will be taking my VW to Independent from now on.

Fares is a rarity in the automotive service industry, an honest mechanic. He is knowledgeable and friendly and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to repair your car. I brought my VW New Beetle here for five years until it was time to get a new car. Now my wife and I both own new VW's and look forward to bringing them here in the years to come for their maintenance and repair.

Had my brakes done here, good work performed and friendly older gentleman mechanic. He explained to me what option do I have regarding my brakes situation. Price was reasonable. Friendly approached from the lady at the front counter but she needs to update her knowledge regarding different V-8 engine configurations on Audi models though.

Fantastic service. I just moved to the area and was skeptical about finding a new mechanic. I decided to go here based off of the awesome Yelp reviews. I'm so glad I did. They did a great job fixing my car, and went above and beyond with service by replacing an additional part for me, on the house. My mind was really blown at the fast and awesome service. I will definitely be back here next time I need work done on my car.

Great service, great work, great prices. Couldnt get any better unless it was free! I was quoted for around $2,200 worth of work to my A5 per Rusnak Audi. I got everything done here and more for a little under $1,000! I finally found my new cars mechanic!

great place and I am a picky customer! My seatbelt broke on my Jetta and the VW dealers quoted me 250-1000. Sort of a large range for a seatbelt! I called Fares and he quoted me about an hour of work with a 2 hour total turn around time. We dropped the car off and picked it up about 90 minutes later. The total was $95! I was thrilled and my seat belt is perfect. I will definitely be back!

Once again, here i am writing another positive review for Fares. Every time i am there i feel like family. Over the weekend my coolant leaked out on the freeway, so i towed my car in Monday morning with out calls or appointments. Fares called me back with in few hours told me the situation and had my car fixed and washed by lunch today. This is a 10-star service that i have yet gotten anywhere else.
