Had a few repairs done and everything went great. No problems and excellent communication. Then my ABS light started annoyingly coming on ever so often so I felt this would be a breeze for them. First time they said it was my front breaks so, on their recommendation I had them changed. Light came back on. Then, when I called back to tell them the fix didn't take I was basically told that they never tried to remedy the problem and to bring it back for a diagnostic. Okay, so what did I pay for with the breaks? Again, on their recommendation, I brought it back in and they said the problem was fixed. Now it's happening a third time. I'll take my car elsewhere. Also, if you get a guy named Sean, just hang up. Dude's got no manners.

I own a 2006 A6 which is starting to need to some minor work. I met an Audi owner who referred me to European Autohaus and so glad he did. Sean and his team provide reliable and efficient European car care. On top of that they are courteous and EXTREMELY affordable. Fares delivers again! This time it was an idiot light on the Mrs' A4. Problem was the turbo diverter valve. Fares replaced it and recommended we wait to see if it needs more extensive work on the Turbo. Car is running better than it has for quite some time. Trust is important in this business and Fares has ours.

What I love most about this place is the honesty towards what's really going on with your vehicle. I was servicing my VW 2008 Passat for over 2 years and was very pleased with the work. They do not keep you holding on all day like the dealers. They communicate with the customer and when they tell you at what time your car will be ready, thats when it's ready. I bought a newer 2013 VW Passat and I plan to continue getting my car taken care of by Fares and his great staff :) stay away from dishonest dealerships, you will be taken well care of here.

I was a customer for years here. The saddest thing about no longer owning a VW is that my car won't be serviced by Fares and Sean anymore. These guys were so easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. At least I'm giving up my spot so someone else can experience the no-bullshit, high quality work these guys do. A really great shop run by really great guys.

I took my 2006 Touareg to Fares for repairs after it sat on the lot of the Pacific VW dealership in Hawthorne. It sat there for weeks and the outcome was the VW dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with it???!!!They gave it back to me and I didn't know what to do. I couldn't drive it like that until I heard about Fares. I heard great things about him and how he is the genius of German cars and that he is!!! He was amazing! He took my car in and wouldn't give it back to me until it was in brand new condition. He has a great reputation and I see why. He is very professional, courteous, and know his stuff. My car doesn't turn off on me anymore which was the reason why I had taken it to the dealership in the first place. I am so happy to know there's someone out there I can trust and any problems I have, I know I will be taken care of. I love my car and want to keep it forever, and now I can. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I have a 2008 VW Passat came here for a 120k mile service (one of the big ones) had everything looked and actually felt for once I was being told the truth! These guys took their time to explain the cause of each light being on and what they need to do to fix the problem, and of course told me the price. Yes, it's not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for as the other reviews say. They even washed my car which was nice, like you're taking it to the dealer! Definitely will be taking my car back to fix what needs to be done and services.
