Trustworthy and great repair store. first time I took my audi A4 there and they fixed the light and other problems with my car and the problems never come back. second time, my ABS system is wrong and after they did a lot of work they found it is module problem. I told them I need to think about it and not fix it now. They are very NICE and didn't charge me at all. I know they might have spent a lot of time on it. really appreciate your help and everything.

Took my Audi A4 to the dealer because it wasn't running right. The price they quoted me to get my car back on track was exorbitant. I found European Autohause and their price for a major tune up was half what the dealer wanted. And the job was done in only a few hours. Sean and Faris were honest and up front about what my car needed and what it didn't need. Finally found an honest shop!

After searching online for a decent Audi repair shop, I decided to take my wife's Audi A3 wagon to European Autohause. I met with Fares and he treated me like family. My wife's Audi was repaired in no time. Thank you, The Hidalgos

I've had Fares and he team at EAH service my wife's Audi A6 for several years now and have always been happy with their pricing and exceptional service. Recently I had to take her vehicle in for some engine work and made arrangements with Sean to have Oscar come by and pick me up at my office. I spoke with Sean earlier that morning to make arrangements and he told me that as soon as I arrive at my office to give him a call and he will have Oscar pick me up. Long story short the receptionist told me that Sean had sent Oscar to the car wash and that the driver was 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting outside my company to be picked up. When I called EAH, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean again, instead of being "apologetic" he was being defensive and was trying to have the last word with me. I did not appreciate his tone of voice and his attitude towards me at all. For the future I hope Sean will change his one of voice with myself and future EAH customers.

I had battery issues & check engine light on my drive from Oregon to LA. Faras checked the battery (dead cell) & ran the computer on the code (nothing to worry about until after the holiday) at no charge. My jaw is still on the floor. Thanks & merry Christmas!

Felt very well taken care of by Fares and EAH. They repaired the transmission on my 2003 Beetle in two days and it's been running great! The dealership ad recommended a total replacement, and even told me that other places might suggest a repair, which they claimed may make matters worse. I ran that by Fares who said that it was theoretically possible, but that he'd never seen it happen. I'm not a car guy. In the end it comes down to who seems trustworthy. I don't trust my dealership -- at all -- and EAH felt like a no bullshit place to me. Fares quoted me $2,400 and delivered the job for $1,900. It's been a few weeks now and the car has been running great. Next time something goes SPROING on my car, I'll bring it back to EAH.

Refreshingly really good. People are always nervous going to any body shop and they should be guarded as its notorious for shady upsells, shoddy work, and pricey surprising fees. I'm talking about both dealership body shops and independent body shops. For Audis my favorite dealership is Pacific Audi in Torrance. Great service, communication, and transparency. I will go there everytime while I have warranty/Audi Care. My problem was my fiance's Q5 is out of her Audi Care period and when one of her headlamps burned out, I did some research to find the price of the part and called around. I spoke to Shawn on the phone at European Auto Hause and he was super up front with me: telling me the cost of the part (which matched my research) and that it'll take about 2 hours. His price was over $150 cheaper than Pacific Audi which didn't even give me a breakdown. West Covina Penske Audi not only did not tell me a price, they wanted to schedule me in for an appointment in case there were other issues. Uh huh. Shawn's team also gave me a ride to Best Buy while I waited 2 hours. On top of that, my car was washed which I wasn't expecting. The lot is small and tight. Tip: Have them park your car for you since they are pros at it. All my Audis will come here now and I'll do my best to help them increase their business. Refreshing to find a good shop. Rare.

I recently moved to the area and these guys are great! They do good work and even were even able to help find me an extended warranty I was unaware of that covered the majority of my last repair. I will definitely be returning.

Seriously, 5 stars are not enough for them. I wouldn't mind give them more than that either. They are the best & best. Audi has some hard to find materials / the special design. So it's hard to find a right car body shop with a reasonable price. Dealers always want to make money and will take advantage from you, especially if you are a girl AND don't really know things about the car. Plus, sometimes they will miss some parts of the engine to fix because you didn't tell them, which means... You have to come back again to fix another. This car body shop is very honest, high-quality, competent and carful for everything. The price is reasonable. They won't rip you off or try in different ways to get the money from you. At the same time, they will teach you / explain to you what the problem is for your car. My car is A4 2009, which starts getting more problems after 5-year. I went to the dealer to check the problem of my engine. Holly cow, the price was crazy. I couldn't even afford. So, I decided not to fix in Santa Monica Audi dealer and came here in Pasadena to fix it instead even though it's a little bit far from where I live in UCLA Westwood. Seriously, this place helps my car the most. Very appreciate of everything.
