European Auto Hause is an extraordinary gem located slightly off the beaten path (on Walnut St. in Pasadena, CA). I was fortunate enough to discover it when, after months of dedicated research, I came across the many lauded internet and hard copy reviews it so genuinely deserves. I'd had my first Audi (a 2001 Cabriolet), serviced for years, exclusively at Rusnak in Old Towne on Colorado. I was hoping to find an independent that could match the service but perhaps not quite the expense; a couple of mechanics maybe, who'd worked there (AT Rusnak), but had eventually decided to open their own shop. Enter Fares and Sean with European Auto Hause (aka Independent Audi & VW Services). The reviews were remarkable but the reality far exceeded my expectations. Initially, I had two cars shipped in from Chicago (an A3 and an S4). Paula was there for me every step of the way. Helpful, friendly and incomparably gracious, she accommodated my vexing need to reschedule THREE TIMES as the delivery company's truck driver was held over with hydraulic equipment issues. When the cars finally DID arrive. The entire team was there to greet the driver and assist with the debarkation of the vehicles. Both Sean and Fares were on hand to answer all my questions and were quick (in the days that followed), to get back to me with a complete breakdown of what would (and would not), need to be done with the cars. THEN about a month later, I brought in an A6 for inspection. Fares went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me sound advice which eventually lead to my negotiating an amazing deal and purchasing the car. European Auto Hause took it under their wing and got it " road ready" for me in record time. They did MORE than I had asked them to do and went out of their way to make the entire experience...legendary. I love these guys. I love this place. As the A3 was for my mom, I brought her in to meet them and it was apparent that she approved as well. Welcome to the family Sean, Fares, Paula (and the rest of the crew)! This is an honest shop, with good, hard working, top notch guys, excellent, fair prices and a forthright business & work ethic. If you own an Audi or a VW, their is simply no better place to bring your car. It's a perfect 10.

Fares & Sean are amazing! Really great personalized service. They actually care about the work they are doing and their pricing is beyond fair! I have been going here for a couple years now and still am so thrilled every time I drive off. I am happy, my car is happy, my wallet is happy. I won't be going anywhere else! Thanks Guys!

Had a few repairs done and everything went great. No problems and excellent communication. Then my ABS light started annoyingly coming on ever so often so I felt this would be a breeze for them. First time they said it was my front breaks so, on their recommendation I had them changed. Light came back on. Then, when I called back to tell them the fix didn't take I was basically told that they never tried to remedy the problem and to bring it back for a diagnostic. Okay, so what did I pay for with the breaks? Again, on their recommendation, I brought it back in and they said the problem was fixed. Now it's happening a third time. I'll take my car elsewhere. Also, if you get a guy named Sean, just hang up. Dude's got no manners.

This is the only Audi mechanic I trust. This guy is the man. Any issues this place will fix it...

I own a 2006 A6 which is starting to need to some minor work. I met an Audi owner who referred me to European Autohaus and so glad he did. Sean and his team provide reliable and efficient European car care. On top of that they are courteous and EXTREMELY affordable. Their mission is to provide excellent customer service and they have succeeded in my book.

Fares delivers again! This time it was an idiot light on the Mrs' A4. Problem was the turbo diverter valve. Fares replaced it and recommended we wait to see if it needs more extensive work on the Turbo. Car is running better than it has for quite some time. Trust is important in this business and Fares has ours.

What I love most about this place is the honesty towards what's really going on with your vehicle. I was servicing my VW 2008 Passat for over 2 years and was very pleased with the work. They do not keep you holding on all day like the dealers. They communicate with the customer and when they tell you at what time your car will be ready, thats when it's ready. I bought a newer 2013 VW Passat and I plan to continue getting my car taken care of by Fares and his great staff :) stay away from dishonest dealerships, you will be taken well care of here.

I was a customer for years here. The saddest thing about no longer owning a VW is that my car won't be serviced by Fares and Sean anymore. These guys were so easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. At least I'm giving up my spot so someone else can experience the no-bullshit, high quality work these guys do. A really great shop run by really great guys.
