We've been taking our VW Passat wagon to these guys for quite some time now. They truly know their stuff when it comes to VW & Audi vehicles. They are not a cheap shop, but given the expertise and experience they have, it's totally worth the money. I have always felt very taken care of, the work has always been fantastic and thorough. We trust them. Highly recommended.

I was here for a routine 45,000 miles maintenance service and my experience was phenomenal. The reason that I came about this wonderful place was because my Audi Care had just expired and when I went to inquire about the price, Mckenna Audi gave me an outrageous quote of $442 that I was under no circumstances going to pay. My friend suggested me to check out Independent Audi and they estimated that everything was going to cost $180 bucks. So I scheduled my next available time with them and when I got there, they were able to get my car in and out of the shop in a very reasonable time. Sean even offered a car wash free of charge after they did all the repairs! And I haven't even mentioned the best part, when I went to go pay for my bill, the total came out to be $167 dollars including tax. This was a great experience and this will definitely be my go to places for my Audi maintenance and repairs. P.S This is the first time I ever bothered to write a Yelp review! I have a 2008 A4 and I was told by two separate transmission shops that I needed a new or rebuilt transmission because the vehicle was hesitating/slipping at high rpms. After I took it to European Auto House they found out it was just a bad coil, saving me thousands of dollars. Fares and his team are a god-send. This place is so awesome, they have grown exponentially in the past few years. I've been coming here for the past 3 cars (give or take 6 years) and have been completely satisfied by their service. After taking my 2005 cab A4 to Rusnak a couple of times, I knew I needed to find a little bit more reliable and affordable service - one that I could trust, not that Rusnak ever did anything but its a car dealership! Ferris and his team have been servicing my car for about 3 years - I even lost an earring with very sentimental value down the side of the seat into the body of the car and don't you know, they pulled the entire seat out for me and put a magnet or something in there and pulled it out. Love them....really the service is phenomenal, the atmosphere is great, the cost is much less than Rusnak and most importantly, I trust them. They are not going to try to sell me a fix unless it really needs it. Thank you for everything you do!

Fares has been working on my VW Touareg for 2 years now. He came highly recommended by my friend Erika who has an Audi. He is always honest, fair and beyond trust worthy with my car. He always gives you details of what exactly is going on with your car in a way that you can understand it. He let's you know what needs to be fixed now and what could wait. His whole staff is very professional at any given time. They don't even care if you call a million times a day like I DO...LOL. I have never seen someone care so much about their customers like Independent Audi & VW Service. I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I took my car, Lil' Red (A3), here for a second opinion on a jerking acceleration problem. They diagnosed an intake manifold issue as well as my leaking water pump. Both are the same location so they offered to both at the same time while charging me once for the labor. Great Deal! However, after they completed this work I still had the jerking acceleration issue. Turns out that one of my cylinders were misfiring. To give you a little background I had some issues with the car when I first purchased it (faulty clutch pack that was failed to be diagnosed over 3 separate visits in 3 months). Now Rusnak Audi was not budging on fixing this known cylinder issue with this vehicle with out me coughing up some serious dough. So I told Sean the deal and he agreed to fix it while I was on vacation. I came back to a car that is running smoothly and without any more money leaving my pockets ;) Let me put it like this, Sean is the best mechanic I have EVER dealt with. He explained my car to me, how to deal with Rusnak, and talked me off the ledge of getting rid of it because of all the issues I have had over the last year. He saved me a ton of money in the long run and I must add that the customer service is SUPREME. I actually look forward to taking my car in for the oil change and regular maintenance now :) If you have an Audi or VW, don't look anywhere else because you won't find any place as knowledgeable or with the mindset to fix your car while saving you some money in the long run!
