I recently had my breaks done here. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly. I was given a free ride and pick up to and from my office. The work was done same day at a fair price. They even replaced my key/remote battery for free! Overall, I am very satisfied. Great experience.

Came in for engine light code of P1248 on my 2002 TDI VW Golf. Had appropriate tools and equipment, appropriately skilled mechanic to professionally diagnose and resolve 2 issues: bubbles in fuel line due to fuel leak from old o-rings/fuel valve on fuel filter and mistiming of diesel fuel pump. Shawn worked hard to reopen the price for negotiation to a respectably appropriate amount for both parties. I really wish I had more money so that I can bring my car in to these guys for more work that I know my car needs due to wear and tear. Work areas are really clean, technicians look and act professional, the bathroom is clean, and they remember your name. You really get quality customer service, much better than the dealership at a much better price. Highly recommended if you own a VW or Audi of any year.

Was recommended by a coworker to go see Fares at European Auto Hause for my 2007 VW Jetta that had been acting up recently. Spoke with him over the phone first and he seemed very patient and knowledgeable. Took my car there and the checkin was a breeze. Got my results back within several hours and was offered very honest and quality opinions from Fares. The whole process was very pleasant and service was super friendly. I highly recommend this place that offers valuable expertise along with superv service!

I've heard a lot of wonderful things about the shop and have finally ran out of warranty and decided to come give them a try. The appointment was next day so that was awesome. I came in and talked to the guys and they were super at explaining everything that need to be done and how long it was going to take.I ended up getting a ride to work and getting picked up afterwards. The car looked amazing when I picked it up ( they washed it for me) everything was done on time and at the price quoted. I will be coming back here from now on for all my services.

Love this place!! Very easy to schedule appointments. They have excellent customer service and knowledge about Audi and VW cars, explaining in details what is required and Essential for your car to have it in excellent condition. Number one place to go. Come here if you have deep pockets and zero knowledge about cars. They're expensive, arrogant, entitled and argumentative. The second I started asking questions, (I was an aircraft mechanic for 10 years so I kinda know my way around a car) they got super argumentative and defensive. Unprofessional.

I have a 2002 VW Passat with over 120K miles. This is my second time bringing my car here. I'm very happy with this establishment! The front office person (I forget her name) is super professional, informed, and service oriented. I also believe that Fares is a VW expert. Issues have been correctly diagnosed and corrected!

Sean and the guys at European Auto Hause are excellent! They are very professional, provide honest advice, and offer significantly lower prices than dealer service centers. I recently had more than a few issues with my '02 Passat W8. The car is very rare, so it's not everyday that I can find a mechanic that knows it well. Sean knew the car very well and knew exactly how to fix it. For a fair price his guys had the car fixed quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately it had more issues after the fix, but Sean was very nice about diagnosing the problem and allowing me to keep my car on his lot for a few days. EAH is a good business, run by a good businessman! I highly recommend European Auto Hause. I will definitely return to them in the future.
