I will give this place more than 5 stars if that option is available... I own a Audi A5... first time owner... I am new to the foreign car... I was having issue with my check engine light and I keep returning it to the dealership where they were giving me the runaround... my buddy had told me about European auto hause and told me the owner Sean was the best in the business... I showed up and Sean gave me the best service... oil change and brake service and carefully went over every detail of what was wrong with my vehicle... if you are looking for the best service for your Audi... I would highly recommend European Auto Hause... they are the best when it comes to service and customer service and they are overall good people...

We took our car here because it would not pass smog. He said it was about $6000 to fix it. I took it to my regular mechanic near my mom's house and he was able to fix it under $500. I don't know how it got so many good reviews. He charged me $115 to rip me off on the repairs. No thanks.

I've known Fares for nearly 18 years, when he used to service my Audi A4 (1.8L Turbo Quattro with sport package) B5. I made sure he was the only mechanic who worked on my car, simply because he knew that I was a car enthusiast and would take the time to explain in detail all the service that was performed on the car, and how to best maintain my car between scheduled services. Fast forward to 2009, I had sold my A4 and was in the market to purchase a 2003 Audi RS6. Fares was again extremely helpful in screening the cars to make sure I buy one that is in good working condition. Needless to say, he and his capable team maintained my RS6 up until the day I sold it to one of his customers in 2015. Fares is one of very few factory certified Audi RS (RennSport) specialist, and I am thankful to him for his excellent service throughout the years.

I can't say enough about Faris and the entire team at European Auto Hause. Never have I had a bad experience with this mechanic. He is honest, which is hard to find in the industry. They work hard to keep their business running top-notch, and it is not always about doing a good job on your car, it is about great customer service. You will get all of this by bringing your vehicle to European Auto Hause.

Went back again for a transmission fluid, gasket, seal service. Made an appointment and they completed the service very quickly. There was a miscommunication and Fares stepped up to take care of me. Definitely was an excellent service experience.

I had one of the best experiences ever at European Auto Hause. I was in and out in 5 minutes!! I was with my coworker during lunch today and noticed my tire pressure went down significantly. She told me she trusted European Auto Hause so naturally that was the auto repair I trusted to take my car. Even though they are only work on Audi & VW, they helped me with my tire on my beautiful white Jaguar F-type coupe as well.They are not only super professional but so nice. I will definitely be coming back here for anything else I would need for my car. I am beyond grateful for them taking the time out of their busy day to take a look at all my tires. I can't begin to explain how thankful I am to Fares and his team for fixing my car in timely and professional manner. My car has been out of warranty and when I took my car to the dealer to get diagnosed for a check engine light I was in shock when they told me it would cost me $6k to get my car fixed. Luckily I remembered that European Auto Hause was highly recommended to me so I decided to have them check out my car. I was concerned of having to deal with sleazy auto repair people but I Fares and his team were very professional and provided me with better service than I received at Rusnak. They were able fix my car for a third of the price they quoted me at Rusnak. After getting my car fixed here I now understand why this place is highly rated. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has VW or Audi that needs maintenance.

I'm writing this review a bit late. 3 years ago I had an issue with my daughter's VW CC, I was referred to Fares by a friend of mine and when I went to The European Auto Hause I found their services best & beyond what I heard about them. My daughter moved to UCSD & she had to deal with the dealer in San Diego both branches there for the entire last year gave her a hard time, and with her last visit to the dealer she was not happy at all with what they said to her. So one week ago while she was bacin Los Angeles we took this opportunity to visit Fares to have his opinion & as usual we got the service done in couple hours with a very minimal cost. Thank you Fares & your team for taking care of my daughter. This is your place for your VW car, Great service & best prices!

Amazing customer service, my vehicle overheated on me today, in a panic called EuropeanAutoHause spoke to Sean, he advised me to drive the vehicle right to his shop, he diagnosed it and found my engine cooling fans were not working, gave him the ok to replace the fans, he had one of his employees stay after hours to have my car ready cause I couldn't leave me car behind since I'm an Uber driver, my AC is colder than ever and my car is driving like new, thanks to Sean for the outstanding work and customer satisfaction. Really great people at this Audi shop.
