I have a 2016 Audi A3 etron. I love this car and I hope to drive it forever. I had a warning light come on, and after being frustrated with a different auto shop, a friend recommended European Auto Hause. Fares found an issue with the hybrid battery system, and he immediately contacted me to let me know that this was likely a warranty repair, he stopped all work on the car, and said I should immediately take it to a dealership. I didn't think a 10 year old car could possibly have any warranty left, but not only was Fares right, but he had the integrity and expertise to refer me to Audi rather than take the job on himself. The hybrid battery system was replaced by Audi at no cost, which I consider to be a miracle. Fares and the team at European Auto Hause deserve all the praise I can give. Once the hybrid was resolved, I gladly brought the vehicle back to European Auto Hause for factory recommended service and will continue to do so- It's this kind of experience that earns a customer for as long as I own this car- I'll be bringing my vehicle to European Auto Hause for service for the rest of this A3 etron's days.

I brought my wife's 2017 VW Beetle here to have the rear brakes checked, because we knew it was about time for replacement. After doing a full inspection of the car they recommended replacing the rear brake pads and rotors, and also let us know everything else was in good shape mechanically. The price was reasonable, the work was done in a timely manner, and the service was outstanding. From the time I arrived and even after we picked up the car, everyone was very helpful, clearly explained what was happening, and followed up to see if everything was ok. We will definitely return when the VW needs attention again. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are really good at the cars they specialize in. Multiple services performed and a range of issues fixed effectively over the years. Have saved me a lot of money compared to dealerships and think they understand their cars and fixes way more than any dealership or non specialized shops. Test drives to discover any lingering issues and to verify fixes. Good car wash before pick up is a cherry on top.
