My husband and I have taken our cars to European Auto Hause for years and have always been thankful we found a company that has staff and mechanics we trust and like as people. We are grateful for Paula, Sean, Ferris, Johnnie and anyone else we may have not mentioned by name. You all know what you are doing. If we call or stop in there is always someone to help us on the spot. We highly recommend European Auto Hause as they will listen, discuss and explain whatever is needed. Sean and Ferris are great diagnosticians. When we pick up our cars they are FIXED, and we have never felt the cost was out of line. We feel safe driving our cars.

They make you feel like family and they do an excellent job. My A7 is happier and runs so much better than before!

I first brought my moms Passat after she was given a long list, from dealership, of costly repairs needed. Fares told us what really needed to be done now and what could wait and gave us quotes below the original. We are thrilled so now I take my daughters Jetta and my Audi to them. They are all so pleasant and helpful and I recommend them to everyone I know.

The most professional, capable, and HONEST mechanic for German cars that I have ever worked with. My coolant light had been on for months and Audi dealers said it was no longer under warranty, so I brought it into European Auto Hause. They needed to charge a diagnostic fee, which would then be applied to the final cost, which is very reasonable in the business. After looking under the hood, European Auto Hause discovered that it was just a sensor malfunction and refused to charge me - "I don't want to just take your money if we didn't do anything". Even though they had a right to charge me for diagnostics, they were still so honest and upstanding. I picked up my car and told myself I have to write a review despite never doing so. Honest businesses and good people deserve to do well! You guys are the best.
