Pasadena Audi and Volkswagen Repair

I was quoted $2200 by the dealership for parts and labor. Took the car here and they just found a faulty wire. No parts needed, over $1k saved. Will be coming back!

Fares is simply the best. His prices are fair, and his extensive knowledge of cars is impressive. I always appreciate the time he takes to answer all my questions. I initially had my VW Jetta serviced in June '24 for some engine issues. After reading reviews, I took my car to Faris and his team. Everyone, including Faris was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to look at my vehicle at short notice, provide me with a professional diagnosis of the engine issues I had and made the repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. The cost for the repairs was way better than what a dealership would have changed me. They totally exceed my expectations. I just recently had more regular maintenance done and again Faris and his team were very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. If you are looking for knowledge, experience, and courtesy to work on your vehicle, look no further than these folks.

My 2004 Yellow Beetle is still running beautifully and holding together, ONLY because of this amazing shop! They have managed to rule out & pinpoint & fix the causes of several ‘car life ending’ things that a 20 year old car starts to have. They can and have fixed it all; from leaky fuel injectors & chronic electrical issues, to the drivers seat adjustment lever & standard oil changes. Simply said, they are amazing, and I’m so grateful.
