The most professional, capable, and HONEST mechanic for German cars that I have ever worked with. My coolant light had been on for months and Audi dealers said it was no longer under warranty, so I brought it into European Auto Hause. They needed to charge a diagnostic fee, which would then be applied to the final cost, which is very reasonable in the business. After looking under the hood, European Auto Hause discovered that it was just a sensor malfunction and refused to charge me - "I don't want to just take your money if we didn't do anything". Even though they had a right to charge me for diagnostics, they were still so honest and upstanding. I picked up my car and told myself I have to write a review despite never doing so. Honest businesses and good people deserve to do well! You guys are the best.

I cant more highly recommend Faris at European Auto Hause. He is so kind, thoughtful and the kicker that is oh-so-unusual completely honest. He gives you the truth and clarifies what you can put off and what is crucial - and why. If you have an urgent matter he and Paula the Magnificent Who Runs the Office will fit you in if there is any way they can. Honestly, I think I stay with the Audi brand for two reasons: 1) I love driving them and 2) I know Faris and Paula will take very good care of my car - no matter what.
