Pasadena Audi and Volkswagen Repair

I've been a customer of European Auto Hause for a couple of years now. I've consistently received great service here. Reasonable pricing, excellent communication, reliable repairs, and honesty. I'm a bit of a car guy, and can see they have consistently been straightforward and honest with me where other shops may have tried to take advantage of a situation. No shenanigans, uncomplicated advice, and sometimes a few complimentary perks that they don't even bother to tell me - like topping off my oil when I'm only getting a battery replacement. When it comes to my car, they've earned my trust.

I had an exceptional experience with European Auto Haus in Pasadena, especially working with Ferris. After years of dealing with dealership service departments, this place was a breath of fresh air. Unlike the Audi dealership, where they simply hand you a printout and tell you what needs to be done, Ferris actually brought me into the shop, lifted the car, and showed me the issues firsthand. That level of transparency immediately built trust. What I appreciated most is that they do not pressure you into unnecessary upsells. They clearly explain what is urgent, what can wait, and they genuinely work with you if you can’t tackle every repair all at once. That honesty is rare these days, especially with European cars. The communication was also excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, considerate, and human. I never felt intimidated or treated like just another number on a service ticket. They were patient with my questions, even when I needed things explained more than once, and that made the whole experience feel calm, respectful, and professional. The shop itself is extremely clean and organized, which says a lot about how they run their business and care for customers’ vehicles. I brought in my Audi Q5, and they helped me prioritize repairs logically and realistically, rather than overwhelming me with dealership-style package pricing. Again, they totally understand. Ferris took the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions (even patiently when I asked him to explain it more than once, twice, even three times), and help me make informed decisions without pressure. I recently came back for another service visit, and Paula and Fares were superb as usual. The customer service here is always excellent, and I didn't wait long. What really stood out to me was how thorough they are. They even checked the pressure of the spare tire in the trunk, which I’m not even sure most shops normally do. It’s clear they pay attention to every detail and genuinely care about their customers. Professional, efficient, and consistently great service every time. Highly recommend!

Regularly come here for oil change, tire rotation, scheduled maintenance and inspections, brake work, suspension work, etc. The team has been friendly and professional every time and very accommodating. I plan to continue coming here for future services.

I took my daughter’s Q3 here for brakes and they were friendly, professional, and HONEST! They went above and beyond and ended up finding some leaks that were still under the manufacture warranty so they gave me all the info and a Contact at Audi to get it covered by the warranty! I will only use them going forward! If you have a VW or and Audi, this should be your only stop! Highly recommend!
