When the factory warranty ran out on my 2015 Audi A7, I searched LA County for a highly rated independent Audi service center and found European Auto Hause. Been a loyal customer ever since. Paula, Sean, Faris and Johnnie are all top-of-class. I never feel oversold, always receive clear communication on the vehicle status and reasons for repair, receive quality work while they baby my car, and pricing is always fair for the level of service. Highly recommend.

Once again, Faris and his team at Auto Hause came to the rescue. My RSQ8 had an electrical malfunction, and they immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and correctly. Their expertise saved me thousands of dollars compared to the unnecessary repairs the dealership had quoted. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient I wouldnt take my Audi anywhere else.

I have been a loyal customer since 2008. The team at European Auto Hause is extremely friendly and professional. They always listen to my concerns and NEVER upsell me on anything that is not absolutely essential. Additionally, they are exceptional at ensuring that I know what will be needed in the future. They keep a close eye on those items to make sure they are done exactly when they are needed, but still within the window of preventative care so that it does not compromise my safety or vehicle.

It is ONLY Because I go to European Auto Hause, that i was able to buy my 'New' 10 year old Beetle convertible (a week after rolling over in my 21 year old Beetle), and still sleep at night knowing I would be OK. They are HONEST mechanics, friendly, and i love how easy I can make an appointment online. AND!!! Last week picking up Dub (yes my car's name is Dub; as in Vee-Dub), a new friend!

If we call or stop in there is always someone to help us on the spot. We highly recommend European Auto Hause as they will listen, discuss and explain whatever is needed. Sean and Ferris are great diagnosticians. When we pick up our cars they are FIXED, and we have never felt the cost was out of line. We feel safe driving our cars.
