Faris is the KING - the humble, extremely knowledgeable king of the Audi universe. I keep getting Audis because of him. This is my third, so I have been going to home for a very long time. He will always tell you what has to be fixed, what you can wait on if you need to, etc. He is very conscious of costs. He has also been so very kind with me because I tend to abuse my cars — riding brakes, running gas to almost empty, etc. He gently encourages me to take care of it in ways that will increase its longevity. Paula in the front office is amazing. So kind, efficient and friendly. She will always get back to you in a timely manner and take good care of you. Johnny always has a smile and will give you a lift if needed! They all treat you as if you are the center of their universe and their favorite customer ever. Truly excellent customer service and care across the board.

Great services always from the team at European Auto Hause. I've been taking my Audi 2012 A4 to them for close to 3 years and can't say enough about their honesty trustworthiness and service. From routine oil changes to Major services everything has been done timely and transparently. Prices are very reasonable and they even occasionally run some discounts on their website. Will be taking my car to them as long as it continues to run as well as it does now!

I have been going to Faires for years since I got my 1st Audi Q7! They are profesional, honest, and the mechanics are the best! It's important to me because being a woman some ppl would take advantage and lie about the repairs my car needs but NOT FIARES, he is honest and shows me the parts that were damaged or replaced. I trust him so much and love my Audie's that I bought another one a Q5. The pricing is the best in town!

We got our Audi’s oil changed at half the price of the dealership down the road. The entire car was inspected and we were assured that all was in good working order, at no extra charge. It was our first time here, at the recommendation of a friend, and so far we’re very satisfied.

I've been a customer of European Auto Hause for a couple of years now. I've consistently received great service here. Reasonable pricing, excellent communication, reliable repairs, and honesty. I'm a bit of a car guy, and can see they have consistently been straightforward and honest with me where other shops may have tried to take advantage of a situation. No shenanigans, uncomplicated advice, and sometimes a few complimentary perks that they don't even bother to tell me - like topping off my oil when I'm only getting a battery replacement. When it comes to my car, they've earned my trust.
