I have been taking our 2018 Audi Q5 to European Auto Hause, and they are really terrific people. Scheduling online could not be easier. I drop the car off, and usually within an hour they call to explain what they found, what should be done now, and what can wait. There is never any pressure—they simply give me the information and let me decide. That honesty was especially apparent on this visit. The right mirror makes a slight grinding noise when it folds in or out and I asked them to repair it. They investigated it but actually recommended that I leave it alone because it still works and the replacement housing alone would cost roughly $1,200. They could easily have sold me an expensive repair and the additional labor, but instead advised me not to spend the money. That tells you a great deal about how they conduct business. They completed a substantial service on the Q5, including scheduled maintenance, rear brakes and rotors, a brake-fluid flush, and repair of an oil leak at the timing-chain cover. Their labor and parts charges were very fair and compared favorably with what I would expect to pay at an Audi dealership. The car was ready when promised and had even been washed. Most importantly, my 16-year-old daughter drives this Audi, and I feel much better knowing that it is being carefully maintained by people I trust. European Auto Hause has earned my confidence and my highest recommendation.

First, I would not be using an independent shop if they did not have the credentials to service my car to the highest level. That said, Feres and his team are the absolute best in the business! I first met him years ago when he worked at the dealer. My car broke down with 18k miles down in Orange County one night in the 5 freeway and was towed to the dealer there. Sox weeks later, they still could not find the problem. I went to the dealer I purchased from and asked them to tow it here. They did, and Feres found the issue and fixed it…and it was never an issue again! He is also fair and trustworthy. I would never buy anything but an Audi because I would not want another shop servicing my car. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough!

I take our Audi here because the mechanics are knowledgeable, and explain the issues and solutions, in understandable language, to me, a non-mechanic. Paula, at the front desk, is very polite and professional. I feel comfortable taking the Audi here.

This was my 3rd visit to European Auto Hause. I did my purchase repair when I brought my 2nd hand Audi Q5, and did my 20K maintenance here as well. They have been very honest and their price has been very competitive, not only compare to dealerships, but also some other European car garage. I highly recommend this shop.

Not only is their service great but all the staff are also super friendly and helpful. If you have a chance to meet the owner Sean, he is extremely knowledgeable. It's hard to find mechanics that you trust. I highly highly recommend this auto shop.
