I've been a client of European auto house for many years, I currently have two Q5's that they serviced and wrenched on (major work) for years, Fares has always been very knowledgeable, humble, fair and professional with me. The staff members all possess those same qualities. The shop is one the cleanest auto shops I've ever been to, it's always maintain that way. It's very organized, you make an appointment, they take your car in, keep you updated as to the progress or any unforseen mechanical changes. I'm usually in and out in the same day, with the exception of something major. This is the shop for my audi and VW needs.

The technician that worked on my car is very professional extremely skilled I took the car to the front and suspension shop and he did not diagnose all my issues the technician that worked on my car down things in just a few minutes. The man at the transmission shop installed on my rack and pinion it was leaking and he installed it incorrectly and spotted the knuckles were bent I'm going to try to get some replacements as soon as I can. I really appreciate the service that you giving you over the years. The previous owner did not take care of the car the way it was supposed to be cared for.

Trust is something that usually takes time to build. Upon meeting the crew at EAH, trust was established from the moment I drove up. I was greeted with a heart-warming smile and given the most excellent customer service ever. We have all done the dealer thing and circling the drain is no fun with them. Here I was given honest answers at a reasonable price and work completed before time promised. This is my new home for my vehicle maintenance.
