The owner of Independent Audi, Fares, is such a great person to deal with, always friendly and always trying to help out. We've been taking our cars (a Jetta and an Audi A4) there for a while now. He's very fast and flexible, always honest with fixing the car. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for small things either, in fact, he's taken my car in and gotten me a ride to-and-fro from the shop, only to find that the problem was out of my price range, so he helped me keep the car going (power steering problem) with some fluids and good tips until I could afford to fix it - all this free of charge. Always good servicing and professional skills, always honest and always on time.

There's no other option for Audi service in LA. Period. Thank you guys for your honesty, taking care of my baby and taking me to Macy's on Lake while my car was being serviced :) I'll be back at 35k mile checkup.

Awesome and fast service! I had my rear brake pads changed and took them less than 30 mins to do it. It would take forever for the dealership to get this service done..Highly recommended

10k later (well actually 12k) i call fares and tell him i need a oil change BADLY! he said to bring it in. i pull up, and right into the bay. sweet! i dont recommend just showing up w/ out making an appointment, you might wanna call first. i wanted to share with you that FARES will go out of his way for you. in and out within 30 minutes. thanks again FARES.

Hmmmm, only 34 reviews so far?!?! I think some people are afraid to give credit where credit is due, lest this shop becomes too popular. All I have to say is, Fares is an expert, a professional, and honest. What more could you ever ask for. Thank you Independent Audi & VW!! My Golf thanks you too!

Called and spoke to John - he was very helpful. He helped me determine that my issues should be covered under my Certified Pre-Owned warranty - and even after it was determined that I needed to go to the dealer b/c of the warranty, he still spent time thoughtfully helping me with my issue, and even gave me the name of someone to talk to at the dealer. I have not used them for service yet, but next time i need service I definitely will!

I love the idea of getting my Audi A6 4.2 repaired right in my own neighborhood. Fares and his troops are well-trained, always take good care of me. I trust him to do the right thing, I am happy to report that my car is running perfectly, and I am never "nickel-and-dimed." I wouldn't go anywhere else.
