This review is 6 years too late... Sean, Fares, and Paula are simply the best! Discovered this gem of a shop after having the Pasadena VW Dealer try to convince me I needed a new alternator when the issue I was experiencing had nothing to do with the electrical system. After a quick explanation of the issue over the phone, Farris tentatively gave a diagnosis of an issue with the vacuum relay system. Low and behold he was spot on and I've never looked back. I always have and will continue to point any owner of a VW or Audi in their direction. When it came to purchasing a new car, I only looked at VW and Audi's for the simple fact I didn't want the headache of finding another reliable and honest shop. Simply the best!

I found out about the company through positive reviews on an Audi forum. After doing a bit of research it seemed like a great option for anyone with an Audi or VW vehicle who is out of their manufacturers warranty. This had just occurred on my vehicle and I had experienced my first service with a non-specialist recently who not only did not fix the issue at hand with an engine light but may have caused an issue along the way. I decided to search for a specialist and am glad to have found European Auto Hause. I was able to have a good conversation prior to making delivery, got the vehicle slightly earlier than expected at a reasonable rate and the vehicle is running great. I plan to use the company as long as I have an Audi vehicle.
