This is the place to go with Audi or Volkswagen (I’ve had both). I stopped going here because I moved further away but have come back because no one fixes cars like them. Their prices are great and they know what they’re doing. Faris is also a sweetheart!

The owner and staff are friendly and are accommodating and are prompt in communicating what is going on with the service needed. I appreciate Ferris and staff. I will never go back to have my car serviced at VW. The service at VW has gone down hill and their prices have sky rocketed. Everyone should see Ferris.

After bringing my 2001 A6 to Faris the first time 20 years ago, I have NEVER been disappointed with any servicing or recommendations from him to whichever ( My 2012, 18 and 19 A5 coupes, My wifes 2014 A4 and 2023 A5 Sportback and my daughters 2015 A3 cabriolet and 2020 A3 sedan ) vehicle he has at his shop. I gladly refer family and friends to EAH and will continue to do so.

I was quoted $2200 by the dealership for parts and labor. Took the car here and they just found a faulty wire. No parts needed, over $1k saved. Will be coming back!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I only feel comfortable coming to this shop for maintenance, service, or repairs. Fares and his team are excellent and professional. He helped me out tremendously when my Audi was giving me problems and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Paula is always very helpful and courteous. Their entire team is amazing. I am so glad i found them after struggling for years to find a reliable auto shop
