Brought my 2013 Audi A4 in without appointment late in the day and Sean took great care of it, explaining possible problems in detail and diagnosing the issue. Replacement part had to be ordered over a holiday weekend and was installed the next business day. Sean then pointed out additional issue to be addresses in the future. Overall very professional service and demeanor, good communication and clean professional environment. Highly recommended for quality work.
