I have brought Audis here for service for about 12 years. Fares, Sean, and the rest of the team are always making that extra effort to make things perfect. Example: My 10-year old Audi needed a new transmission. They gave me an estimate to replace with a used transmission due to the age of the car. When I went to pick up the car (as always exactly when they said it would be finished), they had found and negotiated a NEW transmission for the same price. Over the years, anytime one of my signal or brake lamps burn out, I call first then stop by and they replace it on the spot at no charge. Absolutely best service on the planet. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for extremely knowledgable, proficient, and honest car service.

Fares is simply the best. He gives you the best recommendation based on your situation and car condition and doesn't try to bait you into doing anything unnecessary. I'm a first time Audi Owner so I was very skeptical about taking my Audi to get serviced. I called in and scheduled an appointment very quickly and the receptionist was very kind and gave me a quick quote. On the day of the appointment I was greeted when I pulled up and serviced within 3 hours. I came in for the 45k mile service but they found that my rear brakes needed to change which I suspected because I began to hear them. He also told me that I had a water pump leakage but informed me that it was still under warranty and I wouldn't have to pay for the parts if I took it to a dealership. I appreciated that. Overall it was a great and efficient experience. Thank you

Great fast turn around. I had to replace my fuel unit and the car dealership was quoting me way more then I wanted to spend. I messaged different places around the area via Yelp and they all said they had to order it and it would come a few days later. Sean from European Auto House quickly messaged me with a good price and he had the car part already so it was simple overnight stay for my car. He was super quick in responses and super helpful. If you have a Audi and you are tired of getting taken advantage at the car dealerships, I suggest you to try this place. I will definitely be coming back for any issues with my Audi.

Sean and his team have been great to work with. I am a DIY enthusiast when it comes to VW/Audi vehicles. But sometimes i don't have the proper tools or time to do the work myself. When that's the case, I trust Sean and his team of technicians to work on my cars. They have been honest with their assessments, they have provided solid advice, and they are far less expensive than taking my car to the dealer. No other independent repair shop in the San Gabriel Valley has the knowledge or the expertise to work on the German VAG cars like European Auto Haus.
